                           "THE DREAM IS WITHIN YOU".

     I'm Jann Harris, ceo of the lifestyle brand, "Nothing Stops Detroit". When faced with great adversities, obstacles or seemingly insurmountable odds, we only have two choices. Accept the unfavorable circumstances or fight to transform them. "Nothing Stops Detroit" isn't just my story, but I believe it is yours as well.

     We are well aware of the economic/political devastation Detroit has suffered thru the last decade or so, no need to got into that at this time.  What was interesting is Detroits' collapse coincided with my own personal divorce, bankruptcy and health decline and or struggles. What this whole situation taught me is, everyone can live in the sunshine, but it's in the darkness where what you are made of is made crystal clear to yourself and everyone around you.                                     Out of this chaos , my natural love for art gave shape and form to the brand. My challenge was to say something so simple, yet so profound you could live your whole life trying to live up to it hence "Nothing Stops Detroit". If I had to place three words on my tombstone to sum up my life, this would definitely be it.  It's not only my story but its' the story of so many people I come in contact with daily. It truly is a lifestyle.                                                                              The road ahead will continue to test our perseverance, but our faith will forever guide us. A "perfect plan" doesn't mean that things will end up the way we want things to end up. You don't get better if you win all the time, you look at yourself more when you lose, you can improve, get better. If you learn alot or grow and get better through tough times that's part of the perfect plan or perfect will.            From a brand perspective, my mission is to challenge the way people see their environment and how they interact with it.
